I can't comment on the new caravans they build, but their workmanship and customer service are definitely not up to standard when it comes to repairs. I contacted them in February 2026 to quote to repair rust on the A-frame of our Regal. Jeff, the owner, came out and advised that the caravan was safe to be towed to their workshop in Waterfall. We emptied the caravan with the internal lights on, the night before. The caravan's indicator lights, brake lights, etc., were checked before towing it to their workshop. The whole A-frame was replaced, some minor repairs were done, service was done, and Jeff convinced me that they could polish the caravan to look new again. I accepted his quotes. Then the problems started! Jeff told me that the back lights on the caravan weren't working because the wiring is old. It was working when I towed the caravan to them. They obviously damaged it while replacing the A-frame. More money to fix as I couldn't tow the caravan without working lights. I fetched the caravan a few days later. The caravan looks worst after the polish. Paint was buffed off in numerous places around the caravan and the areas around the windows were still dirty. I could have done a better job at home. The wheel fell off less than a kilometer from their workshop. Jeff argued with me that they never took the wheels off (and forgot to tighten the nuts again) until I reminded him that they serviced the bearings. Visible damage after this incident was to the fender and the Ewiks mover. They took the caravan back to their workshop and delivered it the next day. I asked Jeff numerous times about the damage to the mover and he finally admitted that something bent on the mover, but that they bent it back. (The mover is now giving problems and must still go to Ewiks for a service) The fender still looks bad after the substandard repairs. And we are still waiting for them to complete the repairs to it more than 2 months later. We went camping and found that the lights in the caravan were not working, the rope guide under the step was missing, and one original corner steady had been replaced with a different-looking one. They never told me about the broken steady. Jeff first said that the steady was rusted and that they did me a favour by replacing it free of charge. He later confirmed that they tried to lift the caravan with the steady, which is why it broke. Any experienced person will know that a steady is not a jack. The caravan now looks like it was put together by a backyard s**** dealer! (What else did they damage that was hidden) He also argued with me that they didn't touch the internal lights, but after numerous messages he sent someone out to look at the lights. They arrived after lunch on a Friday afternoon, spend 30 minutes, and left without fixing it because they go home early on a Friday. They wanted to open light covers and I had to tell them that the problem was between the battery and the light switches. They returned a few weeks later and found that the negative wire was missing. Once again Jeff argued with me that they didn't touch the wiring during the repairs, but that he is doing me a favour by fixing it. I reminded him that the lights worked the night before I took the caravan to them. After the light repairs, the movers stopped working. I contacted Jeff and he didn't want to accept responsibility even after telling him that the movers were working before his electrician arrived. I had to pay Ewiks a call-out fee to look at the movers and they found that a wire had been removed from the receiver. I sent Jeff pictures of the bad welding done with his repairs to my caravan, and asked about his guarantee. His answer was: "The welding will hold it's a double weld. If it breaks we will fix it." (sic) If it breaks, the caravan will be gone! I don't know about the quality of their new caravans, but looking at the poor workmanship and lack of customer service doing minor repairs, I will not trust their products and after-sale service.
