worst insurance company ever

<p>I broke down on Baden powell on the worst possible place, I called Badger insurance and they advised they'll call me back soon after they find a truck driver to pick up the car and take it to the closest repair centre....the person I spoke to even asked me if im in a bad area and I said I am to which he assured me that he'll make this an urgent matter. After an hour I called them back and they said the person I dealt with is still busy, an hour after that I called again and he was still unavailable, I eventually called my father who said he'll call them, he called and the guy was still unavailable. 3 hours later the truck driver pitched up, showed me the text message he received from the insurance and time displayed was 10:27.....it literally took the insurance 3 hours to get me assistance and still havent called back....not happy at all, God forbid my wife was the one who had to wait like that....why am I paying insurance? That didnt feel like an emergency breakdown service....</p>
