stop deductingmy money
Over a year now an a!punt of R100 has been deducted from my account. I do not have a policy with this company. Please stop deducting my money and pay back what you have taken from me

According to our records you had a conversation with our Dudu Dakile on the 17th of October 2013 wherein she sold you the Gold Club Plus policy. We also listened to the sales recording and can confirm that the policy/product benefits were explained and you were also advised that this product will come at a separate monthly premium.
Since you agreed to this policy incepting there is unfortunately no refund due to you. However, we will proceed to send your request to the portfolio division to cancel your policy.
Kindly send an e-mail to *** should you want a copy of the sales recording forwarded to you.
