Insurance Query

I telephoned Unity / Badger Insurance to enquire about my premiums. Lauretta took my call and she was wonderful, efficient and very helpful. I am the one that was 'at fault' per se, yet her encouragement and manner towards me over the telephone was extremely skilful, friendly and knowledgeable. I understood her explanations to me and I was very happy with her. I would recommend Lauretta for any likewise employment position as she knows her job and all the answers to one's questions regarding their insurance policies.
