******* debiting of my account

I have noticed on my statement there is an amount of R100 from BadgerADM going of my my account every month. I have no idea who this company is, but from searching the web it looks like its Netstar tracking. I don't have a tracking unit with net star. I have looked at my bank statements as far as one year back and see this amount being deducted form my account without them providing a service to me. I need someone from Badger to contact me and explain to me why they are deducting money from my account for so long without them providing a service to me.
