Don't want to cancel my insurance

Sindi Masango, a Personal Portfolio Consultant just won't cancel my insurance after i requested in writing and telephonically that she do so. <br> <br> She told me they need a month's notice but even after a month they still keep on debiting my account.<br> When i try to call and speak to her, she's always unavailable...even after leaving messages for her to call back she doesn't and just ignores my e-mails.<br> <br> This is actually disgusting and am so appauled by the service from this company and behaviour of it's staff member.<br> <br> <br>
