DEBITING MY BANK ACCOUNT
On Friday the 30th Jan 2015 I received an sms from my bank saying that an amount of R122.22 has been debited from my account.<br> I'm not aware of any contract or policy I have with you guys, kindly clarify or enlighten me on the nature of this debit.<br> <br> This is what I received from my bank: DEBIT ORDER R122.22 BADGERADM NETO376127

We confirm that the R122.22 debit on your bank account is for the Netstar tracking unit which was fitted on your vehicle when you purchased your insurance policy with Oakhurst Insurance Company.
We further confirm that as per the telephonic discussion between yourself and Michael Tlou (from the Resolutions department) on 03 February 2015, you are now aware of what the debit is for.
