Debit order without any reason

I had an insurance with Netstart and my account number is ********** 9 . I cancelled this contract 3 months back but they are still deducting 145Rand in the name of Badger . Why the hell this is happening ? Who gave this authorization I am not sure . Who to contact also I don't know . Policy number NYP ********** . Can you guys stop this ?
