Debit order for \Admin Fee"not informed of"""

I took out an insurance policy for my motor vehicle at the end of August 2015 with Auto & General through Badger Administration. My premiums are taken off via debit order and so was my last debit order on 25 September 2015. On Monday, 5 October 2015, a debit order went off my bank account for R900 from Badger Administration. I was surprised as my debit order for my premium had already been deducted from my account on 25 September 2015. I contacted Mpumi Kubeka immediately and requested reasons why this amount was taken off my account as I was not contacted by them regarding any administration fee, prior to this debit order deduction. She confirmed that this was an administration fee and she would check the telephone records regarding their contact with me and revert to me by the end of Monday. I also informed Mpumi Kubeka that I wanted this insurance policy cancelled immediately and the debit order cancelled off my bank account and requested confirmation in writing to this effect, which I am still awaiting. I have since not received any feedback regarding the deduction of the R900 for the administration fee nor the refund of the amount I already paid on 25 September 2015.
