Compliment - Service Excellence

I was recently contacted by the above sales agent who sold me a Netstar Road Protect Policy. I would like to compliment the agent on the level of professionalism displayed during the sales call, she was polite, friendly, knew the benefits of the product that she was selling and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns efficiently. In addition, she displayed a sense of humor, putting my mind at ease that the monthly investment was sound. The policy documents and confirmation of all relevant information was emailed to me within minutes of concluding the transaction... Highly efficient! In addition to this sale, I have had to change some information on this initial policy, and was able to make contact with this agent and make the changes within a matter of minutes... Outstanding work!<br> <br> I would like to compliment this sales agent on a job well done, more companies can learn from this type of service.
