Is this a real company?

I've ordered name badges for our company on the 24th of Oct . They have been paid for long since. We were told the badges would be sent off Friday the 23rd of Nov which was already a ridiculous time to wait. Courier costs were also paid. Nothing has arrived and I don't get any response via email. No one answers their phone either. I would advise people to rather use another company
