Poor service from dentist: Badenhorst & Bester Drs

I had a dentist appointment which I had to wait two months for on the 26th of August. I had to travel from Kirkwood to Uitenhage. We were running a few minutes late and I phoned the reception and informed them that we were a few minutes late, but that we were almost there.I was assured that it was okay. We struggled to find the practice and eventually were late by 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes I was informed by Marlene that my appointment was canceled by Dr Badenhorst and given to somebody else and that I had to make another appointment. I pointed out that that there was nobody else in the waiting room and that I could wait. Surely the appointment of the person that took my appointment could be given to me? I was however told that all the rooms were occupied and that I had to make a new appointment. I assumed that this would have lead to another 2 month wait and I declined. I accept that I was late( factors beyond my control), but they should have offered me the vacant appointment . I think this is extremely poor service by Badenhorst & Bester Drs and would suggest that anybody else should seriously consider using another Dentist.
