Not responding to requests/not reliable

<p>Baden Security installed security systems at my home.</p> <p>I had issues with the electic fencing I need to call numerous times or send messages with no response.</p> <p>They need to install additional earth pikes but to date after numerous calls to them and promises that it will be done the next week, nothing happened. This is now ongoing for several weeks.</p> <p>Also I requested them to replace the battery on my alarm system, I was promised they will come. Nothing happened so far and I had to get somebody else to come and do it.</p> <p> </p>
