Unhappy customer

So unreliable. I was traveling from Somerset East to Cape Town. As per the ticket, the departure time was 20h40. The bus came 2 hours earlier and I was not on the spot. They could not reach me on my number and left. What then is the purpose of the emergency number we provide when booking the ticket? How can times just change randomly like that?
