HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON BADELA BUS SERVICES

I took their bus yesterday 10 January 2022 from Butterworth at past 1 afternoon to Cape Town, went via East London without announcement, a woman who had a child to drop at one of the villages after Ndabakazi had to hike for the child on the way to East london because there was no communication. I went to the bus toilet and it was very warm as if there was some fire underneath, on the sink there was a plug with many open wires wrapped with black tape right next to the water, & there was Smokey smell coming out of the wires. I asked one of the drivers he was so annoyed and told me he doesn't know what I'm talking about but he was in the toilet before me. I asked him if should be concern about the situation, he was very sarcastic telling me I'm forward. A town after Alice we drove in circles looking for one of the drivers girlfriend, but for refreshments we were given 10 to 15 minutes. she didn't even have a sit, the first two sits had three people meaning we were overload. when we arrived at BP garage cross roads we had to wait for the two buses we left at Beaufort West in order to get delivery, the person ordering people to go to the transports was so rude as well, white tall man with false teeth. I will never take the bus again! maybe in my next life.
