Bad experience

It was the worst experience, the bus left me 2 times after i called countless times when they indicated that they are going to delay. I followed them to Paarl where they said we will meet and when I got there they said they don't wait for passengers and they left. I was left stranded there at night. I wouldn't advice taking their bus at night coz the drivers are very rude when you contact them not to mention the badela consultants. This happened tonight. When I asked for refund they refused.
