Poor quality T-shirt

I am writing this complaint regarding the recent purchase of a bad boy t-shirt. I am a regular customer that purchases your products and had no issues until now. In this instance I have purchased a Badboy T-shirt from the Edgars store in the month of December and decided to wash this and thought I could wear this for a new year's eve party. Only to my dismay to find out that the silver on the t-shirt was completely removed. I would like to inform you that I have bought a few Ecko T-shirt's as well and their t-shirts got full silver work on it. The Ecko brand t-shirt did not get ruined however the Badboy T-shirt did. You are more than welcome to view the ruined T-shirt. Your clothing quality use to be excellent however not it seems to be made out of cheap quality. Please note that I could return this back to Edgars however I do not have the receipt. Kindly do provide feedback on this matter.
