##WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD from BADASS BABY!!!##

I purchased two Yummy Mummy Fashion Maternity bags in June 2017 from BADASS BABY. The special was that when you buy a Fashion Maternity bag you get a baby bag for free. I bought two of these and should have received it within 5 weeks of purchase according to the adverti*****t.

My money was taken (price in full) and it is now already April 2018 and I STILL have not received my purchase from BADASS BABY!!! Nor have I received an attempt to pay back the money that they took from me. I do not receive any feedback, my purchase OR my refund!

This is not a good experience AT ALL!!

Please think twice before you order from BADASS BABY as they only took my money and I received NOTHING in return! They never resolved the matter, the only response I keep on receiving is that they are “sorry for my inconvenience”. The e-mail address they use for communication is **********

What a waste of money with no customer service at all!

With the technology that is available in the time and age we live in, I have received purchases from all over the world within 3 weeks from purchase! It seems that it is only Badass Baby who do not care about customer service at all. They do not attempt to provide the purchased goods OR refund my money - even after 10 MONTHS of me being patient!!!!

***In conclusion, Badass Baby stole my money, does not worry to provide my purchase or refund my money and I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 10 MONTHS now!!!

PLEASE do not even consider buying from Badass Baby. You will only lose your money and get nothing in return!

You WILL get nothing for your money spent!
