Badass Baby is a ****!

This company is pathetic and might actually be a ****. I ordered a badass carrier that was supposed to arrive by no later than the 3rd of September and it's the 19th and it's still not here. Their excuse for customer service is less than sufficient. This woman June keeps sending me emails saying I should go to the post office about it and should follow the tracking. Well... the tracking (in Chinese) says it was handed to the airlines and that's it! Then she adds in if she can help any further she would be happy to. When I respond that she was not helpful at all, that if you buy a product that claims it will be delivered to your door within 2-3 weeks, then it should be exactly that, she just tells me to follow the tracker. When I say I want a refund immediately, she says that I need to wait until it arrives and then pay personally to ship it back if I want to return it. Useful? No. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying something from this company to stay as far away from it as possible!!!
