Horrible service

I have not had proper network coverage since signing up with rain,when I call I get told to move my router from one room to the next and if thst fails I get told to reset the router basically I have been paying to call their overseas call centre's, managers who promise to call ba k and never do and just last week I was asked not to cancel my subscription because they will bring a technician and that person never should up,only to call 5hrs later to check if I'm home or not.

I then gave them the benefit of doubt (the handyman blames his tools) guess what today Thursday the dawn technician didn't show up or even a call from the dawn network provider didn't call to give me an email excuse. Clearly my business is useless to them..Motepe pls look into your company too not only SOCCER
