Horrible

I have agreed with the Agent that was assisting me to make my debut date on the 1st of Sept, however to my surprise my account was debited on the 5th and I've send emails but with no reply. I decided to call on Monday and I was told that I couldn't get a refund cos I agreed to this and it's not their fault. Can I have my refund please
