OWNER HAS NO PEOPLE S****S AT LING AND ROSE IN KUILSRIVER

So I bought a dress and the size was too big, took it back they did not have my size sent to another shop no size, I get a refund voucher, its a gift for someone, so there is nothing els in the shop I like, they dont do cash refunds, even if you paid in cash. Shop assistant very sweet tries to help, gets owner to call me. Owner basically gives me no hearing shouts in my ear that they have a refund sign in the shop, mind you I really actually never saw it, if you walking in a one square metre I dont think you look beneath you tummy, oh its an A4 size page. No notification on the slip either. I am polite I just want the money back to buy a gift, they cant there is no one to authorise it in the shop thats why they dont do cash refunds, wait did I mention she is screaming it to me BIANCA go and learn some people s****s your worker can teach you a think or two about friendly. A R 265.00 refund of my own money for a dress I could not get in my size would of been nothing compared to the 1000's I usually spend, you were in the store you really could have made an exception and stop accusing me of lying of not seeing the sign.... Phew sad
