Bad service

I Ordered 6 crates on the 7th of February. I was told they would be delivered on the weekend. no products where delivered. I got in contact and was told it will be delivered the next week. 2 weeks in I receive a message that he will not be delivering my products at all because of business relations with the business next door to me. which has absolutely NOTHING to do with me. Poor communication and no products to show for it.
