Emotional abuse

We have been deprived of the 8 hours we ought to sleep daily. The question that I alwys ask myself is how did the liquor board grant this oerson his liquor licence as he's not eligible to own one around the residential area. There's a tarven of nightmare called Backstage in Basothong Ekurhuleni, the owner is purely inconsiderate, the matter has been taken to the police with no success story,we phoned liquor board numerous times and we were sent from.post to pillar with no assistance. This tarven is situated in less than 100m away from 2 school and less than 50m away from two churches. We never required him to shut down but requested he operates within the regulations of the board. We hardly sleep and we have to wake up early hours of the morning to prepare for work.Paul the owner was confronted by community members and vowed to do right by us but it was all in vain. The kids can't study, they can't sleep because he plays extremely loud sheering music on a daily basis and stops his music at 5 am daily basis. Most of us are civil servants, we work with people's lives and we need the rest of which we hardly get.If only the liquor board could pay him.a visit to check how he opened that business. And the community was not even aware of the establishment. We are emotionally advised by Paul, his inxonsideration is ****ing us.
