COMPLAINT DATED 22.02.2015

Yesterday a few girlfriends went to attend music on the grass at Backsberg Wine Estate. We bought their food and we bought few bottles of wine and with music flowing we thoroughly enjoyed the music and got up to dance but mid way through our stay the events co-ordinate singled out a friend and told her to sit down and that she was disturbing people. I probably could believe as she is wild at times but when I went to address it myself, I had a hand in my face saying she is unable to deal with me or speak with me. I wanted to know what we did wrong or what the problem was and she refused to address me or speak to me. I was never ever in my life treated this way or talked down too. I am extremely sad for this experience and I will never again visit this establishment.
