I have two backjoy seats, which I use constantly, sitting by my computer and watching TV.. My lower back pain disappeared within a week of starting to use backjoy, and has not returned for over a year. On my recommendation, at least six friends have purchased backjoy, also with very positive results. This product is not a gimmick - it really works!
