Vodacom back office are complete ******* ans unprofessional and non responsive to me I want my reimbur*****t since 2019 i have been patient enough with them

So ive been paying 175 since 2019 for a Sim iv never received yet used and the consultants can see that Vodacom back offices refuse reimburse me how ********* and unprofessional e they ive been a loyal customer for so many years. Now when they made a mistake they just wanto to cancel the R175 contract and not reimburse me since 2019 this is ***** and unacceptable. Kindly send this email to Vodacom back office
