Back Market what a ****ing joke
In December last year I purchased a I phone 16 pro max refurbished on a flash sale that they had on their site for one day only. What a ****ing hoax. They very quick to take your money with no responses. After 3 days after payment was made they sent me a tracking number. I even emailed them which courier company they were using in order to track the parcel. Every day I track it to a point after 34 days it said the parcel was delivered, but guess what ….. ****all, nadda, nothing. I have emailed about a refund continuously and ****all response. I am ****ed off beyond note. This company is a complete ****. I will be very surprised if I get even a response from this company. Do not buy from them.
