MONT BLANC - CAPE TOWN DISASTER

I've been trying to get hold of this brand for days. I won tickets to the Mont Blanc event in cape town on Monday. I was supposed to respond by Wednesday, however, their rsvp link has not worked since they sent me the email. After multiple emails I get a call today saying they can't accommodate me at the Mont Blanc Event. Terrible service from ******com - Jaime and kylee don't respond to any of my emails for days but just call me to say my reservation is canceled because they at capacity. Bacher & Co, Mont Blanc, Bona Mag and especially ******com please resolve this issue
