How much of my time have they wasted is anyone's Guess

I purchased a Guess Watch little over a year ago , 3 months in and the strap broke had to be replaced , Guess store The Palms Boksburg made no effort to assist after a long and arduous battle Bacher & Co decided to fix ( there is a 2 yr warranty on the watch ) , The movement of the hands suddenly stopped working went to Guess store The Palms Boksburg who once again made no effort to help , took my watch into Bacher & Co ( sole importers of Guess in SA) on the 18th June 2018 at 13h44 was given a number and promised the watch back 25 th June , phoned on the 26 th spoke to Terrence was promised the watch on the 27th contacted them again today was given the run around by their staff , could not get to speak to any senior management told them to keep their watch and refund me my money , now suddenly the watch is ready and the repair completed , I wonder?????
