Inhumane, appalling service from Baby's Closet - Melrose Arch

Worst service ever received. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed and practically appalled. We drove from Pretoria to Melrose Arch with my then pregnant wife to purchase a chest of drawers for new born which we paid for in full including delivery fee of R400. They couldn't deliver on the agreed date, which was not a problem for us as my wife was admitted in hospital that Friday. The day they delivered the drawers was on a Tuesday, my wife (who had given birth on the Friday) was at home, having being discharged the previous day on Monday. The delivery person from baby closet who delivered came alone and asked my wife to call me to help him carry the drawers (imagine we pay R400 delivery fee and still have to help carry, these guys are unbelievable) but I was at work. The guy then asked my wife who had just given birth the previous Friday and discharged from hospital the previous day, to put down the new born baby and help him carry the drawers, that's the most appalling and inhumane thing. Only to find out that the delivery guy is actually one of the managers, a Mr. Mohammed Ilyaas Kholvadia to whom we made payment to at the store. So it says to me that it's the culture of this company to treat paying customers worse than dogs and worse than ****. In fact I'm inclined to take this as a ****** act as I'm only a black client anyway and whether pregnant or not they don't care. Disgusting
