Baby’s Closet Durban branch

I bought the Xseries 2in1 baby stroller at baby closet Durban branch in overport on 22/03/2022 and I have been using the stroller for about +-5 months. 3 weeks ago I took baby for a walk and unfortunately one of the front wheels came off. I sent them an inbox message on their Facebook page nobody answered until I sent what’s on the number I used when I made a purchase of the camp cot and they gave me a number to contact the Durban branch.

I called the shop on Tuesday 21/02/2023 and spoke with a lady by the name of Marry explaining what happened to the stroller and she asked to send pictures so that they could assist further. Days went by and nobody contacted me until I called again on Friday 24/02/2023 and spoke with another lady by the name of Zahraa, explained the same story and she advised that they have a new batch being delivered the next day of the same strollers so I need to send proof of purchase on WhatsApp so that they can either give me a new one or repair the one I have so I sent proof of purchase as requested and she said they will contact me by Monday 27/02/2023 latest but nobody called or messaged me.

Today I sent WhatsApp again to follow up and the response I got was “ Unfortunately we wont be able to do anything” no explanation as to why and they left the conversation there

I am so disappointed by the service I got and what’s more disappointed is that I have been buying from this shop and the service I got was completely different compared to how they are handling my matter now .
