Not a responsible organisation

A week ago i had downloaded the menu of babylonsteron spa. My employer had provided a voucher. To my suprise after the massage therapy i had to pay an extra R1000 cause they claim the spa menu was not from their website and its a menu of 4 years ago. Menu well branded with their logo and all.

Yet no one even made mentioned the pricing even of the spa booking initialy. To day they had only said. No the menu was from the franshoek website. Which im not even fami**** with.

I shared experience with my boss and said mayb the rest of my colleagues made a good choice with choosing Twelve apostols. Not a responsible organisation at all.
