Babylonstoren failure

My order - *** Babylonstoren promises next day delivery if order received before 12pm i placed and paid for my order on Thursday 30 November before 12pm and was told delivery would be on Saturday 02 December SmS received 9am on Saturday saying delivery will be before 1pm Email received 12:26 on Saturday saying delivery on its way. SmS then received 14:34 saying they almost there and that is when i checked the tracking option on the SmS message only then to see the order was cancelled? Babylonstoren clims nobody was there when the delivery arrived but this is untrue as i waited for this delivery and have CCTV footage that no delivery arrived. Today is Monday 04 December and again another email received promising delivery by 1pm and still no delivery and its now 14:45 So angry and disappointed with this company, its lies and false promises. We close to the festive season and can only imagine orders not getting through on time. SHOP ELSEWHERE, LESS STRESS, NO TIME WAISTED.
