Me and my boyfriend sat down at Babylon Again in Brigh****ers Randburg, where a table had a birthday not too far from us. The manager gave the young boy some plates to smash on the floor, to break plates as its a Greek tradition. What he failed to adhere to was the safety of his customers. An old lady got hit and my boyfriend at the back of his neck. When we proceeded to complain, the manager was unsympathetic and unconcerned with the the pain caused and proceeded to make excuses. He contained the matter by moving the smashing plate activity to another location, but he failed to take responsibility and compensate for the pain and safety hazard he elicited. I'm appalled by the service and his empty attempt to make excuses than adhering to customer service. We felt belittled, disrespected and disregarded.
