Lillian Swanepoel from Baby'licious is a *******

A public service announcement: Last year I successfully ordered a nappy bag from a woman by the name of Lillian Swanepoel from a company called Baby'licious. At the time she had a facebook page, which she then rebranded and called Baby wishes. I can no longer find either pages on Facebook. On 26 March this year I ordered and paid for a nappy bag as a gift for my lovely friend Angela Durrett who had a baby shower on 13 April. On 10 April I started following up as I began panicking that it wouldn't arrive in time. On 10 april, Lillian told me she was so relieved I had followed up because her phone was broken and she lost all her information. She promised me she would post it the next day. We subsequently went to and fro with me following up daily to find out where the bag was and getting various responses...for example, on the 12th she was on her way to postnet and would send tracking number. She ignored all attempts to contact her on 13th, 15th and 17th. On the 15th she told Donovan Fedrighi that she had sent it on the 12th and would query at postnet. On the 17th she told him she was in postnet trying to send it (with no reference to her claim of having sent it on the 12th...does she think we are stupid???), and would send a tracking number immediately. On the 18th I finally confronted her and called her a ****, at which point she said I must find someone else to buy from and she would refund me. She asked for my bank details and said she would pay me that day. On the 18th she said she had been busy but would do an eft the next morning. On the 20th she said she didn't have internet banking (obviously forgetting that she was going to do an eft just two days prior), and that the bank was closed when she got there but she would do it in the morning. I have never heard from her again and she now simply ignores me. Because she doesn't have a facebook page, I am attaching some photo's of her for identification purposes. I have also subsequently found that other people have been ****med by her as well.
