Will NEVER use their services again

I placed an order with them and this is how the story played out,15/1 order placed & paid in full.19/1 send them an email to confirm the estimate time of delivery NO REPLY. 21/1 Send and email again to check delivery NO REPLY later I got hold of Marihett via telephone and she tells me \DID YOU READ MY TERMS & CONDITIONS ON THE WEBSITE"orders are IN STOCK but can take 7-21 working days for delivery because it is imported??? But it is IN STOCK. 5/2 (16 working days)I receive email \""awaiting shipment\"" on 17/2 (24 working days) I send an email asking when it will be shipped and receive an email back \""awaiting pick up\"" on 20/2 (27 working days I receive an email \""shipped\"" The couriers website shows that my parcel will be delivered on 23/1 before 16h00. On 25/2 (30 working days) I phone them and ask where my parcel is and they tell me it is still in CT and it's BLOCKED so they can't send it. I send emails"
