Still no refund after 5 MONTHS!

I placed an order with this company on the 22nd April for a duvet set for my son's new bed - it is now the 3rd August and I have STILL not received the duvet set nor have I received a refund of the R 790.00 this company owes me! I have now due to NO response from them have had to lay a charge of theft against them at the police station. I have also reported them to the consumer board! DO NOT USE!!!! THIS IS BLATANT THEFT!
