Shocking service!

I ordered a product mid February. When the product wasn't received a few months later, even though I was told 21 working days for delivery, I asked for a refund. I am still waiting for my refund weeks later even though my banking details were 'sent through to accounts'. When I actually do receive any response it is with attitude about their t's and c's. <br> Worst service I have ever received!
