POOR SERVICE AND NO EMAIL RESPONSE

I placed an order on 31 May 2015. My status on the web site changed to awaiting fulfulment and to this day its still at the same stage. The funds have come off my account, and emails do not get answered, phone goes to voice mail, and the online form does not work. The party that these items were ordered for is long over and I demand a refund, but cannot get any response from these crowd.
