PAID ORDER but no answer when contacting them

I paid for a duvet set at Babylicious on 22 May 2015. Now when I try to contact them just to find out what is the progress on my order nobody replies on the emails of answers the cell nr given on the website. This is really pathetic service and how am I suppose to get a refund back if I can't even get hold of them.
