Ordered stuff, paid in full, not delivering

I have ordered a duvetset from Babylicious on the 21st of April. Paid in full and after emails and whatsapp since then, no duvetset. Poor management from Marihet and Zelda. Even been stopped from posting on their fb pages and been blocked from kinderandtienerbeddegoed
