Order paid for and not delivered

We very excitedly placed an order with the supplier for a Star Wars duvet cover for my son. It was paid for in April this year and we have yet to have it delivered. Marihett does not respond to our messages, the last we heard from her she claimed she was not at her desk and would get back to us with the relevant information when she was back in her office, we are still waiting. According to the terms and conditions they need up to three weeks to deliver as they order there stock from overseas - they have had 16 weeks surely that is long enough. Order number: 2216
