GIVES ONLINE BUSINESSES A BAD NAME. In this world where you can not trust a single soul anymore, it once again proves you should stay away from purchasing anything online. I placed an online order for a baby crib with Baby'lious located in Sinoville, Pretoria. I paid for the product in full on 9th April 2018. Waiting for two weeks, I contacted the owner Mrs. Lillian Swanepoel to find out what happened to my order. First, the excuse was Postnet. Then she said she couriered a second package via Postnet express mail which is suppose to be a 2 day delivery to Krugersdorp. Nothing arrived. I contacted her again, this time she would hand delivered the product since she was traveling to Krugersdorp. No show. After 6 weeks of waiting and now getting the cold shoulder and silent treatment, no money back and no product. If you write a bad review on her FB page, she promptly removes it. She also advertises that she has a booth at the Baby Expo at the Dome over this weekend. I will be filing a theft case against her and her company, as well as to confront her at the Baby Expo this weekend. I feel I need to warn other consumers to be aware of this company and it's owner. She is very friendly and sweet in the beginning, but as soon as you ask where you product is or demand a refund of your money, she ignores all messages.
