NO RESPONSE TO E-MAIL, NO SERVICE, NO REFUND

I bought a duvet cover for my son, and firstly they didn't deliver. Then I got an e-mail stating that they don't have stock. I asked them for a refund (April 27), and gave my banking details.<br> It's now July 31, and I didn't get ANY response whatsoever from them. I mailed them SEVERAL times, I've inboxed them via their Facebook page, and guess what? NO RESPONSE. <br> <br> I have lost R480.00, due to their lack of response. I will NEVER try to buy from them again, this was the first and last time. <br> <br> They don't even respond to HelloPeter - what a joke!! I wonder how many people's money did they take?
