NO DELIVERY NO REFUND

I ordered a couple of items from [URL Removed] on the 27th of July 2015, after a number of e-mails I was promised a refund on the 17th of September, however their company policy states they have a 30 days refund period but was promised to be paid sooner. To date I still have not received a refund nor my order. I have sent a letter of demand but I am sure from the other reports that it is also not going to do me much good.
