FULL PAYMENT MADE MONTHS AGO YET STILL NO DELIVERY

I ordered two duvet covers from this company and made full payment in August already but have still not received my order. I have sent numerous e-mails and left messages for them to contact me on Facebook but I just do not receive any response from them.
