BABYLICIOUS order placed, paid & never received

i have placed an order over a month ago (gone 6 weeks) and paid upfront in full and have not received it as yet. Have emailed them and they use the t & c line all the time even when the 21 working days have come and gone. Have tried phoning them on both the landline and cell number and both say subscriber is not available, have left numerous voice messages and no one has answered them either. They ignore e-mails as well. As per the other long list of complaints i see here this all sounds like a ****. If we can all send the same info to 702 and Carte Blanche maybe we can get our money back as that seems like it will never happen unless other steps are taken.
