10 WEEKS and still no delivery or response

Its been 10 weeks since my order was placed, no delivery yet, no response on my emails, no one answers the cell phone nr. Its funny how they manage to get back to you before your payment when you have questions but after a payment is made they disappear, and they seem to do it with everyone so they are definitely either useless and have no company sense or they are steeling people's money.
