Bad quality goods

<p>I purchased a camping cot in August from baby group. My son was born in September and I have used the cot for about 3 months. The cot started tearing at the bassinet on either side which doesn't make sense as my son only weights 7.5kg. I have Complained about it and was promised a replacement bassinet. I have not received my replacement as yet have been sending emails but I am not getting any feedback. I will not purchase from this shop again!</p>
